They fired me for being in jail for 8 days. But they didn’t fire this other girl who was in jail for nearly two months. Obviously they play favorites at this company. The boss guy was probably screwing that chick that’s why she still had a job after getting outta jail. They also lie about getting your pay increased after 3 months. The pay is already shitty as it is starting you off at 16 a hour or 17 if your bilingual. This company sucks to work for so do not work for them.

I've worked in call centers and customer service, for about 8 years now, and with in those, almost 8 years, I've worked for a few different companies. I've worked for a major cell phone provider, ive worked in marketing, account managing, inspection scheduling, and two fortune 500 companies, and out of any employment, this company is by far the most accommodating, family oriented, and welcoming business I've worked for. Jodi is a rude employee I applied to work here and she told me to give them a call I did that employees are speaking about drinking alcohol and partying on Valentine’s Day when I was put on hold Jodi never picked up the phone until I called back was very disrespectful and told me I won’t amount to anything if I can’t be patient and told me she gonna report me to indeed so if you apply don’t run so many higher paying jobs without the discrimination and disrespect.
