Chuck and his team did a phenomenal job getting my new pool liner in in a respectful time and professional manner. He was responsive to my calls and texts and got the job done. I do recommend his company for your pool liner replacement.
Chuck and his team did a great job at a fair price replacing my vinyl liner. They had a much shorter timeframe than any other contractor in the area.
Very unprofessional behavior. I hired Chuck Swain to take care of my pool and he hired me to manage his web services. His portion owed would be far larger than the $800 pool bill but Id known Chuck for years and trusted he’d pay what was due. I was mistaken. He has left my services unpaid for 2023 & 2024 and hired someone else to change his domain name so he can get out of paying for the work that has been done under his name for almost 5 years. Beware. We opened our pool this year and noticed we had leak. We moved in 6 years ago and have no idea when the pool liner was last replaced but the liner and coping were in bad condition. Chuck came and explained the process, measured the pool and gave us a quote. He referred us to a company that would paint our steps and coping and coordinated everything with them for us.
