This Owners was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. They came looked at my 2 fire places then charged me $600 just cause I need a certificate to close on my home. He’s a rip off. 1st he said $200 a fireplace then when it came to giving me my certificate it was $300 per fireplace. Oh By the way did I tell you he never did anything to my fireplace? No cleaning or anything. He was there every bit of 5mins and charge $600. Please don’t use!
I called and the owner answered… First, he answers “hello?” so I wasn’t even sure if I was calling a business. After I clarified that it was… he wanted to charge me in excess of $200 more than what I had been quoted for by 5 other companies. So, I thanked him for his time and told him that I would be going with another company that quoted me $250. He interjected with “ I’m the owner, I can charge whatever I want, so I’ll do it for $250”.
