Over 300$ to clean a chimney? 10-15 minutes of work it takes... they got to be the highest paid employees in Canada !! Shame on you. Edit: ya I immediately canceled it as soon as I found out about the price gouging. Was quoted $290 plus tax. For a job that takes @15-20 minutes. Do better.
Amazing service today. Woke up at 7:30 Saturday morning to no heat, they had it fixed by 12:30. Will never go anywhere else.
Had my two gas fireplaces serviced by Jason and not only did he do a fantastic job, he provided some helpful tips on how to extend the longevity of the fireplaces. Will use Village Fireplace again.
We are so very pleased and thrilled with the service and workman ship from village fireplace. They walked us thru all the steps and where there to answer all my questions. They put rugs down to ensure my floor was kept dry and clean. What a great bunch of professionals. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for your wonderful service and top end Napleon product.
