I think that they have poor customer service, the staff is very rude and inconsiderate. I stayed there for a week, it was the worst week i have ever had. They didnt care about any of my concerns about the room, never sent maintanance when they said they would, the staff stays outside smoking and hanging out and act as if your bothering them when you go to the front desk.
