I texted him for a clogged kitchen sink. He responded immediately and said he’d be here at 2:00. He arrived exactly at 2:00 and unclogged the sink with his snake in 20 minutes. An unusually reliable contractor. I highly recommend him.
Our entire house was backed up and there was sewage in the basement!! Once again, John at Victor Rooter did not disappoint! My experience with Victor-Rooter was beyond horrible. I had a clogged 2 inch pipe in the basement and he refused to open a port at the end of the pipe and snake it directly, rather he opened up an access under the sink and went in that way with a snake drill head that was much to small in diameter. In the process he got a ton of water on the floor which leaked through a finish sheetrock ceiling beneath and dripped out through a light fixture and all over a hardwood floor.
