Hi Dr. Rickerson, is a professional. She cares... To me, it shows w/ her staff & patients.. Her attire is very professional. She's honest. She sometimes tell you things you do not want to hear about your health but that's what she has put in yrs of education & strive to do her best w/ her patients.. I thank her.. Her staff are all professionals as well..
Dr. Rickerson is the most caring and passionate doctor I know. She really cares for her patients. She is very smart and is amazing at her job. Her staff is exceptional. The office in general takes excellent care of all their patients.
Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE. Limits visits to 15 minutes even if your questions are left unanswered. You have to schedule another appointment if you want answers. Does not hesitate to prescribe, prescribe, prescribe. Does not work with you on understanding a condition or any possible alternative treatment (like diet management), just wants to prescribe. This doctor and her staff are true professionals. I was very impressed with her sincere concern for the patient. Service was excellent!
I just want to add that Dr. Vickie Rickerson is the best physician ever! She takes her time with her patients and doesn't rush through the examination. She is compassionate and really listens to you. And her staff is just the best also! Very courteous, very professional. Dr. Rickerson examplifies what a physician is and should be. I am a very satisfied patient as she has been my doctor for several years now. I thank her and her staff for taking care of my health.
She is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting . She is very interested in your problems and listens to your concerns .She took ex rays immediately in her office. The diagnosis was immediate and she is very informed with the latest vitamins and all round health suggestions. I would not consider another doctor after my visit in San Antonio.
