We are very pleased to rent a storage unit that fits our needs. The units are clean, easy to get to, and the whole place feels safe. Erica was great and answered all my questions. No issues at all. Highly recommend!

Dealing with this business has been an absolute nightmare. While in the first years of renting a storage container, Jessie's customer service was great, and we had no issues. After the death of the property owner, and having to assist his very young daughter with probate and the handling of the estate, there was some mishaps with how payment was handled, but it did get handled, and the company had my card on file, along with an account number, and payment plan to make even ever since then. I am beyond impressed with Briana. I sent an email with the hope of solving a storage issue for my father. She was professional and kind on phone and was very thorough whit asking the right questions to get me what we needed. In a society where a customer with uncertainly on what their needs are can be easily dismissed, I applaud A-Verdi and especially Briana for her assistance.
