I had an really great massage and experience earlier this year with this business, so I immediately ordered another groupon. However, I have not been able to get a hold of the business in order to book another massage. Based on my first experiece, I would have rated five stars, however, the lack of communication by phone, or website has left me feeling like I will not be returning. I would not recommend geting a groupon for this place, unfortunately.

I would not recommend this business based on our experience. We received a Groupon for a couples massage and booked an appointment after clearly explaining our situation during the booking process. Communication beforehand was already difficult, as it was challenging to get clear responses through their website. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were told that Groupon had "oversold" couples massages and that they could not provide the service we had purchased. I have chronic neck pain and sometimes it is so bad I need to find relief. The first big name massage place I went to, I left in pain still with recommendations to keep coming back consistently. I did not go back. A few years later I had such severe pain I decided to go on a quest to find a good massage.
