I would not recommend this business based on our experience. We received a Groupon for a couples massage and booked an appointment after clearly explaining our situation during the booking process. Communication beforehand was already difficult, as it was challenging to get clear responses through their website. Zero stars if it would allow. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE. I tried multiple times to contact this “business” only to be ignored after leaving numerous voicemails and texts. I purchased a massage through Groupon and was told via vague and strange text that my appointment was confirmed only to show up and the door was locked and no one was there…I called many many times, texted and left a voicemail and knocked with no response. I think this business is a scam. Ive called dozens of times after purchasing a Groupon voucher for my wife and no communication at all. I finally get an appointment to go through, just for my wife to show up and all the doors are locked and windows are covered.
