I was there on a Sunday, had a flat Tire they could not repair it so they sold me a used Tire.. Next had to drive on the freeway and the streeing wheel had a lot of vibration.. Went back they Changed the Tire and still have the same problem.. I took my car to a different Tire Shop EZ Tires and they did fixed the problem... I will Never do Business with them again and will tell my friends to stay away... As a female they took advantage of me give me other Stories that the Rim is defective... This place is the best in Oxnard Ventura thousand oaks. They are no haggle best price you can get. They are fast and customer service is good. They are first come first serve on repairs. They were able to fix my valve stem in 20 minutes. I bought my tires from them. I priced them online. It was only a matter of a couple dollars more but that included the installation and balance My online price did not. I really appreciate a shop like this being so close to where I live. They also sell rims and tires combo sets
Such a great place! They helped me with my rim in one day! Amazing work. They were so kind and knowledgeable. A big thank you to everyone working here. I would recommend this place to everyone.
