Most dishonest, underhanded, deceitful business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I went to get my car smogged and called ahead to ask if the coupon on their website was still valid and whether I could just write down the coupon code instead of printing it out. The person on the phone said it would be fine, just mention the coupon when I arrive.
