No call No show No answer No nothing How irresponsible and unreliable, trip was confirmed and never came to pick up my son and he missed his therapy session due to this fake company.
I had a negative experience with their employees. It was the worst transportation service I have ever encountered. They demonstrated a HUGE lack of consideration.
Very awesome service, but a business card for each rider would be a great idea.
