Reception staff are doing their job. I shouldn't have to continue calling to reschedule my appointment. They need a more experienced staff in the front.
I wish I could leave a lower review for this place. DO NOT go here if you need to do the physical for immigration. Not only did they not follow procedures and requirements, they also failed to add the required documents to the packet. Our case would have been denied. Thankfully, my wife and I went to another office that fixed everything.
I recently switched to this office. I have had 3 appointments with the NP there and she is great. Everyone is very nice, and professional, but Jackie, the receptionist, is an absolute Angel!! She is so sweet, and goes out of her way to take care of patients. The wait time is longer than I’m used to like other reviews said, but it is well worth it.
