Rob came out under the home warranty service company and diagnosed the two problems I had - pool heater was not working and the pool pump/motor was making a loud noise. AV got approval from the home warranty company and came out on time to fix the problem. Rob was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about our problem. Would hire them back to service our equipment + recommend them to a friend.
I called American Home Shield - My Home Warranty company to get my pool heater fixed. They ended up sending out AV Hawaiian Pools to fix it because it was the only company that they contract out with. To say the least, the contractor that came out was absolutely terrible. He came out and looked at the heater, moved a few switches, and said it was fixed. The heater came on for about 20 mins and as soon as the guy left, the heater shut down.
