I brought in two Epson 3010 projectors to get repaired. They charged 66 dollars to troubleshoot the issues and said they would call me when they found the problem with each projector. I waited several weeks and I called them. They said they were searching for parts. Another week goes by and they call me to give me a price to proceed with the repairs. Worst experience I have ever had with a buisness! Terrible customer service! Quote one price and try to charge you double at pickup. I imagine they do this to try to keep your product and sell it for profit!
