Cheryl and her husband went above and beyond to repair my husband's table saw motor. It was a nice Sears model and of course there is no more support for repairs from Sears. They didn't let that stop them and now the saw is cutting wood again. Huge thanks to this shop!
AV Electric was great I mean all the way around the work was class “A” the public interaction was class “A” and I am not ever going to go anywhere else as long as they are open I mean they go above and beyond what most people would do to help you and that’s what made my day truly professional thanks AV ELECTRIC
This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! It's just a shack on a dirt road. Made an appointment. They stood me up. Nobody was there when I came for my appointment. When I called the next day, they said they were busy. The guy wouldn't listen to me, and he wasn't willing to help me. I asked the guy, I just have a question. He wouldn't even let me ask my question, and after callng me some ***** names, he hung up the phone. Unbelieveable! How can such a place even be in business?
At AV electric Jonathan and Cheryl got my pool pump motor fixed quick and went above and beyond in customer service. They went the extra mile and gave the pump and motor a good cleaning and made adjustments in their schedule to meet mine. I appreciate their flexibility and great customer service. Thank you!
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great service, Jonathan and Cheryl were very helpful, and professional. I was so pleased with them after my first motor repair i brought in another motor to have them fix. I was pleased with pricing of repairs as well We need more businesses like theirs, with people who know what the are doing and people who care about their customers. Thank you for being in business.
