I reached out to AV Electric Motors for a second opinion. The authorized Hayward dealer in Santa Clarita said the pump needed replacement and quoted me $2,450.00. Jonathan replaced the worn parts saving me $2,000.00. They are fast and friendly.
Highly recommend to everyone. Yes he is in business and needs to make money but he is also trying to help people. I called earlier about a blower motor, he was honest and said that the motors aren’t repairable due to the motors having bushings instead of bearings. He answered a few other questions and I was able to troubleshoot the motor myself free of charge from him. Good solid honest advice. He has all of my future business.
Cheryl and her husband went above and beyond to repair my husband's table saw motor. It was a nice Sears model and of course there is no more support for repairs from Sears. They didn't let that stop them and now the saw is cutting wood again. Huge thanks to this shop!
AV Electric was great I mean all the way around the work was class “A” the public interaction was class “A” and I am not ever going to go anywhere else as long as they are open I mean they go above and beyond what most people would do to help you and that’s what made my day truly professional thanks AV ELECTRIC
This place is TERRIBLE!!!!! It's just a shack on a dirt road. Made an appointment. They stood me up. Nobody was there when I came for my appointment. When I called the next day, they said they were busy. The guy wouldn't listen to me, and he wasn't willing to help me. I asked the guy, I just have a question. He wouldn't even let me ask my question, and after callng me some ***** names, he hung up the phone. Unbelieveable! How can such a place even be in business?
