In December, my daughter and I came in at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon (closing time is 6pm). We had just come from New Bern where we were told they could not order any gowns to arrive by out needed date of January 30th. Ms. Ann was such a great help and stayed late to get my daughter a gown. She called several places to no avail. Then she said, "we can order her one". Imagine my surprise! Well the dress came in a week later and alterations were complete within a week. I would give it more star's if the lady who works up front wasn't so rude. She has no bedside manner. She makes mean remarks. It seems like that is her personality so she probably doesn't even realize how thorny she is.she acts like she hates her job. Why she is in a profession where happiness is supposed to explode is beyond me. The actual Tailor in the back is great. She was very helpful.
