Been waiting for Paul Sr to live up to his word for 3+ years. Had a total tear off roof, but ceiling still leaks into my living room. Had another roofer look into my problem and was told the "step flashing" was skipped, leading to more problems than I originally had. Only interested in making a fast $. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. More importantly do NOT trust Paul Sr. his word is useless.
Business response:
Badly insulated roof. She would get bad ice damns where I would have to come out and chop the ice to release a foot of water. Roof never leaked any other time. If there was missing flashing this roof would leak every time it rained. United Home improvement company went above and beyond for this woman.
These guys just sided my house and I am amazed at the transformation. Paul Sr is very professional and so was his crew. I have no problem recommending them and plan on having them back next year for another project. Great job guys!!!
I would not consider any other company for any home repairs...They are great and trustworthy..and a great deal!
