We purchased a skimmer head (leaf rake) for our pool. And after a few uses (it still looks like new) the netting tore from the plastic rim. It looked like a defect. When we went back to the store and showed them they said it had no warranty and once you leave the store with the merchandise that’s it. We will not recommend this store nor will we buy anything again from them.
