The staff has been nice. We are notified prior to them coming, although sometimes we need at least 24 hours notification. They have been timely and efficient for the actual appointments.
Annabelle the supervisor was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Insurance required home post-op nurse checkup visits for my elderly sister after she was hospitalized for an ulcer. Nurse Akin communicated well to schedule his visits which were always on time and pleasant. I recommend A-UNC for providing these services.
I would not recommend this home health company. After my husband was discharged from the hospital, we had one visit from the nurse and then heard nothing further. Instead of following up with our care, she later claimed that I didn't want her to return because I was dissatisfied. That was simply not true and felt like an excuse for not doing her job. The staff and crew at A-UNC Healthcare was truly amazing, we made friends with the crew and mom's nurse Godwin is truly a angel also with Miss Rhonda love them.
