Takes them 3 months to send a bill through from my doctor. Then it shows 30 days late. I then pay the bill directly to my doctor and have a receipt. They send the check to this billing company and then the billing company lost my check. They only accept checks, no website to pay, nothing. Its a 3rd world process to pay a bill from this company. You call,they say just send another check in the mail...I'm like what about the check you lost? Now I have to deal with the bank to cancel that check which will cost me $$.
This one of the most unprofessional service provider. They consistently fail to send out monthly bills for their customers. I receive service from a doctor back on 9/28/16 and never was there a bill sent to me until an April 2017 bill. This bill was marked with a "Final Notice" same when they never sent any other bill since October 2016.
