Awful!! total scam!
Recently I had a great experience with A Turning Point I left them a voicemail within 5 minutes Athena called me back and she kindly took my information and got me in contact with the instructor of the program within a hour. Frank the program instructor called me back personally and set up a meeting with me the next business day to register for the counseling. The broad that answers the phones is beyond rude. Not sure what is going on in her life that causes her to be insufferable but I'm hoping she can learn and display some kindness to help her stop being such a miserable person.
