I cannot say enough favorable things about Dr. Anamaria Cobo (we call her "Annie"), A Trusted Family Companion, and its team of supportive home health aides. My nonagenarian mother resides independently at a senior residence community, and she doesn't really feel that she needs assistance. (Perhaps she doesn't!) Would give 10 stars if I could. Annie was the second company we found after trying someone else for the first week. SO glad we found her! The staff at the senior care facility knew Annie and her staff because they were in there all the time! Annie immediately got caregivers lined up for my parents. When we had a crisis and had to increase the hours to 24/7, Annie made it happen -- same day!!! I cannot thank Annie at a Trusted Family Companion enough! She is efficient, organized, and runs a tight ship. The care workers she employs are punctual, compassionate, and detail oriented. Annie is careful to match the personality of the caregiver to the needs of her clients.
