Great at many different massage disciplines. I asked Alanna to come to a jiu jitsu tournament I competed in for pre/post event massage and stretching. I had injured my thumb after my first match and Alanna was able to keep down the swelling and make sure I still had full use of it. I had 4 more matches that day and did not want to miss any of them. As you can see in the picture I did pretty well that day.
