I have been going here about a month now and love it!!! I've never been a workout person; and now enjoy it and am consistently showing up!!! This gym is so welcoming, encouraging and fun!! The accountability is everything for me, and they scale everything up or down according to your fitness level. 4 months as a member now and very impressed. Friendly and encouraging group of members and trainers keep me engaged and looking forward to the next class. Many options to alter the movements based on my ability and range of motion.

Moved to Ashland a year ago, and have been looking for a gym. Tony reach out to my on Facebook, and got me set up with Stephanie. Stephanie has been a huge help! As someone who is extremely shy, she’s helping me get out of my comfort zone, pushing myself, and constantly making sure I’m comfortable with everything that I am being taught. I joined A-Town Family Fitness in August of 2025 and it has been life changing. The owners, coaches, and members are all amazing. The environment is so encouraging and everyone truly wants to help you to be the best version of yourself. As a new member, I was welcomed with open arms and it has been so fun watching other new members join. If you are looking for a gym in town to better yourself and achieve your goals, I highly recommend this one. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community.

The best decision I have made for myself. A great gym/community that continues to help you thrive to be a better version of yourself daily. Coaches are amazing and there for assistance in whatever way you need and the classes are great. Not only are you walking into a gym when you come, you join a whole family you didn't realize you needed.
