If you are a single female avoid this shop at all costs. I was charged over $300 to replace a part that did not need to be replaced and was quoted over $500 to replace the broken piece. After doing my due diligence I was able to get my car completely taken care of for under $200 elsewhere. There are much better shops in the area. Don't bother with this one.
