One of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Neail made it 10x worse. I gave an offer on a vehicle expecting a counter offer except the guy just told me to kick rocks. Nobody will come in to a dealership and pay asking price. Especially if it’s overpriced and has some damage on it. I was still interested in the vehicle and asked questions.
