Truck was parked by mistake one spot over from mine at my condo's parking lot. A neighbor must have called it in while we were in the condo and upon coming out, it was gone. However, we knew the truck had been hauled away as there were tire marks all on the floor from where it was brutally dragged out of the spot. This is the email I sent to the "CEO" when someone sideswiped my car and APD sent out a very rude employee with a nasty disposition: Your tow person, Alfred, was extremely angry, rude and generally gave me horrible customer service. He had a very unfriendly and unwelcoming disposition and especially in a situation where after an accident people are already stressed, tired and irritable, he made the situation that much worse. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! The customer service was very poor. The employee talked down to us. She refused to answer questions or help with explanation. She ignored us and walked away in the middle of service. The price posted is much higher that the price charged. The Owner's demeanor is same as the employee!
This place is a trap. They lie to you about changes they tell you your car is not there they charge you ridiculous amounts of money. I don't believe this should be legal. The treatment I received from the staff was horrible. I was cursed at called dorogatory names and my car is still there. I need help getting my car. Please help me I feel I'm being held up

This vehicle was towed by the Georgia Tech Police Department and found stuck on steps at Gate 1 at Bobby Dodd Stadium on April 21, 2018. A Tow is more than happy to help, but this rant failed to establish his specific issue with the paying and obtaining his vehicle. A Tow Release is available 24 hours a day to help facilitate return of this vehicle. ************.
