03-09-24...update... I came in today one big walking knot, but left feeling like a noodle. She worked every knot out and I feel so much better!! Mom and I don't know what we'd do without her. Hope we never have to find out! :) Monica is marvelous. I bought gift cards from her as Christmas gifts. Monica is more than just a massage therapist. She is about the "whole body" and can usually tell when I have a pain or an issue with a body part without me even telling her by just the way she can feel my muscles being pulled in certain directions. She is in tune with your whole body as she releases not only the knots and muscle tensions but also can relieve secondary issues linked to that, such as straightening my hip alignment through muscle release which in turn helps the way I walk and stand without pain.
