I have been seeing Shanequa regularly for so long I literally don't know how long it's been. I just know it's more than 10 years. I've had massages from some very high end spas. I find Shanequa to be on par or better. Her personality is welcoming and relaxing, as is her massage technique. But if you have a problem area, Shanequa will get in there and work it with as much pressure as you want. Shanequa is amazing at what she does and is a great massage therapist! Shanequa did not show up to my appointment on Saturday. She did not respond to my calls or texts. It has been almost a week and still no response. I didn’t appreciate this, as my time was not respected. I waited 15 minutes at her suite and her massage bed was gone from the office and the lights off. Another person in the building said she saw her leave for the day. My parents loved and raved how nice, efficient, and professional Shanequa was during their 50 min massage. She was very helpful with the registering and booking process as well. This was their first massage and happy to say it's not going to be their last at Touch of Tranquility.
