Shanequa is amazing at what she does and is a great massage therapist! Shanequa did not show up to my appointment on Saturday. She did not respond to my calls or texts. It has been almost a week and still no response. I didn’t appreciate this, as my time was not respected. I waited 15 minutes at her suite and her massage bed was gone from the office and the lights off. Another person in the building said she saw her leave for the day. My parents loved and raved how nice, efficient, and professional Shanequa was during their 50 min massage. She was very helpful with the registering and booking process as well. This was their first massage and happy to say it's not going to be their last at Touch of Tranquility.
Shanequa listens to me when I explain what needs more attention. She pays attention to my long-term issues and she continues to address them over time. She can vary the type of massage pressure to your liking and she cares about her clients and making them feel loose and relaxed. I highly recommend her.
