There was an issue with my flower delivery however when I notified the flower shop of the issue they immediately apologized and sent out another arrangement. They were so apologetic and very kind. Flower arrangement is beautiful.
The card that came with the roses was soaking wet and stuck to a business card which could not be separated. Sent an email and have never heard back from the florist Told my boyfriend never to use them again, since customer service is not a high priority, yet on the website it states 100% Happiness Guarantee - Promise to quickly address any issue.
Horrible experience! I purchased a premium arrangement which came to $100 and got what looked like a $20 arrangement. Very disappointing!!! I sent 2 emails to resolve this issue and never got a reply. Save your money and choose elsewhere!!!
