10/10 experience helped me repair a pair of earrings that had diamond diamonds fall out just days before my wedding! They fixed it for me immediately and so grateful for all the help and that they handled the short notice so professionally
My gold wedding bank broke in two places. I brought the ring into the Princess Diamonds to get it repaired. They called back a few hours later with an estimate. It was $1,210! They informed me that they needed to do an entire "restoration" of the ring, remove the diamonds, build up the seat, etc. As if this was some historically piece of jewelry.
