I walked into the store and was greeted immediately. i needed a small repair on a necklace. david looked at the necklace, walked to the back and got his pliers and fixed the necklace in a minute. I asked what I owed for the repair and he said no charge! All smiles! thank you david for your kindness and expertise. A wonderful experience.
