When you're going for a massage you're either going for relaxation or to really work out some deep tension and build up in the body. I needed the latter and I think I found the right person to manhandle or should I say woman handle me. Lauren's hands are a force to be reckoned with. Her hands really feel what your body needs and works to suit...in this case I needed not only massage but a bit of stretch therapy.
