Wonderful service! Great driver! We flew in from Chicago for a funeral. The driver drove us an hour to get there and waited for us & then drove us back. Much more affordable than the other companies and the driver was a really nice guy.
Do not recommend! Company sent one driver without any helper. In turn my staff had to assist the overweight and useless employee to do the job the company was paid for. Called twice to resolve issue and got nowhere. Was told it was someone’s else’s problem and shifting blame. Employee was unprofessional and asking intrusive questions to staff. When brought up to management they immediately said there’s no way that happened. This company is a joke. Do not trust your loved ones in their hands or waste your money!!
Aggressive and dangerous driver. Pretty senseless driving when that’s your job.
