Tess is such an amazing Massage Therapist! I’ve never been a huge massage fan for myself but I was in need during my cycling season this year and she listened to my concerns and we started slow with a 30 minute massage initially so I could get used to it! She helped me so much!

Tess is the best massage therapist I have found in the Valley. I am a challenge to massage, and Tess got the tough knots in my shoulders and lower back: I am a person who is generally sore the following day, this was not the case. I could lift my arms above my head with out the tension and pain. I also suffer from chronic pain and my hips are constantly out of alinement. Tess was able to get in my lower back and butt muscles to release and adjust my hips with ease. Tess is 10/10 and I highly recommend her!
