Absolutely fantastic! Joe is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I reached out originally because I had muscle tightness that was causing me pain to the point where it was distracting and it hurt to move. He kindly squeezed me in towards the end of the night. I explained the pain I was feeling, a little bit of my relevant medical history, and a bit about a shoulder surgery I am still recovering from, and the Joe got to work. He was extremely thorough. By the end of the session I felt much much better!
