Went with my brother today to look at engagement rings. A small family business packed with amazing customer service and knowledge. We had called a number of the “chain jewelry stores” asking questions and got no where but from the moment we called A Touch of Gold we knew we finally found the right place for my brother to make one of the most important purchases of his life. Thank you for all your help. I know where we will be going for our jewelry needs from now on. Oh and the ring absolutely gorgeous!

Where do I begin........Tim and Wendy are wonderful people who run a top notch jewelry business. My dad had Tim make my mom's wedding ring a while back which is beautiful. I recently got engaged and Tim helped my fiancé get a ring that is stunning. We recently bought our wedding bands here. What an amazing business! Multiple co-workers had recommended it to us, one bought anniversary bands over 20yrs ago which are still showing their high quality. We love family-owned places, and these guys are both professional and fair in price. We had a specific budget set, and they didn't show us anything out of that range. I have had repairs estimated at the "fancy, you pay our overhead" jewelers....and then taken it to A Touch of Gold, and the repair was done expertly, without any fanfare, for less than 75% of the big stores estimate, I kid you not!! .....and the sales people are warm and friendly, honest and down to earth.

I had bought an engagement ring for my fiancée here. Lisa had showed me every possible option (In which there were many more options compared to ALL the other jewelers). I had found the perfect ring here. Both Lisa and Tim had worked with me on having two of the diamonds removed from the ring, and two blue sapphire's set into it (my fiancées favorite color). Lisa and Tim have been nothing but extremely helpful and accomodating. Whether it is purchasing new pieces of jewlery, battery replacment in watches, or designing new pieces of jewelry they are compeletly reliable. They are friendly, helpful and continue to offer their suggestions. Each time I have brought a piece in to fix, new clasps, etc Lisa is nothing short of fantastic in helping me. There has NEVER been a time when they couldn't help me!
