After being out of the area for forty years, we recently bought a house in the area that needed a window glass replaced. We called A Touch of Glass and Mirror and one other company for an estimate .A Touch of Glass and Mirror returned with a prompt estimate. The service tech was professional put down a drop cloth and vacuumed up when done.
Rude service, poorly organized I contacted Touch of Glass to replace a broken basement window. After 4 weeks of hassles, I finally gave up. During those four weeks, it was a comedy of errors:- Missed delivery (delayed installation a week)- Measured window wrong (delayed installation a second week, although the technician was professional and apologetic) - Missed AM appointment (poor record keeping was the last straw)Our experiences with John Anderson were maddening. Nice Job I am very happy with the services they provided today, the technician came on time, exactly as promised and did nice job, he took the window down and worked in his vehicle instead of inside house. All these with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
Reliable company I needed a glass window replaced and was amazed at the price because I had shopped around at other companies and A Touch of Glass & Mirror had the cheapest price. When it came time for them to install the glass into my home I was out of town, but the owner said that they could still come and do the job because it's a family owned business with trust worthy employees and all I had to do was leave a check and they would complete the work.
