I would give 0 stars if I could. Throughout all my wedding planning, this was the absolute most frustrating company to deal with. They’re very quick to take your order to make money but after that they’re insanely difficult to work with. When we initially placed our order, we received an email indicating that they accept drop offs on Sundays by appointment. We found this venue with great happiness, called and spoke with Brendan and he was so happy to be helpful and also through this very quick venture of 6 weeks preparation time! He was enormously helpful and also made myself feel listened to and he would have it for us for wedding! He did not let us down in any respect!
