Took my dog to her home because she said her salon was being remodeled....BAD CHOICE on my part!. First, it was completely filthy (should have run out the door when I first arrived) and while I had reservations about leaving my dog I did it anyway. She was suppose to get a flea bath and nails done, teeth brushed, etc... When I picked her up she didn't look very clean to me. She didn't even smell that much better. Groomer Sabrina was witnessed hitting a white Scottish terrier in the face this morning. When confronted she said the dog bit her so she hit it on the nose. I asked if she was going to tell the owner that she hit their dog and she said yes. When I started videoing she changed her story, saying she would tell the owner she "muzzled" their dog. The dog was never muzzled. Do NOT take your fur babies here!!!! Disgusting store and disgusting people!!
They are awesome! They are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. They really know how to handle the animals with care. I have a golden doodle and they took her from scruff to flawless!
