I have been coming here for 2 years. My regret is not coming here much sooner. Their service is great.
Dr Yi has a very nasty disposition. He doesn't appear to have any compassion or empathy for his patients. My children and I were patients for years. Dr Yi ALWAYS made shady comments about our insurance "Medical Card" My thing is if you don't want to service people with state insurance. Why offer the service. At our last visit he basically said we no longer accept your insurance. I felt like I had a cavity. He said I didn't but check with whatever dentist you go to next. 0/10 I would not recommend!!!
I walked in off the street looking for a dentist. This place makes you feel comfortable. Very informative and just great service all around. Highly recommend
I think that Dr. Yi has a very serious attitude problem. He is very rude and dismissive, and couldn't care less about his patients. In spite of health insurance covering costs for procedures, he still wants to charge patients JUST IN CASE he doesn't get paid. That is extremely suspect behavior and I will be reporting him to the proper authorities. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this dentist. Find another reputable place for your dental needs.
