Terrible
I had a Great experience, I’m from Pittsburgh and was referred to Shannon. Though, I was 4 hours late due to my misunderstanding, Shannon welcomed me and had taken her time. transforming my hair into BEAUTY which was a TOUCH OF CLASS
I was going here for almost a year and I'll never go back again I ended up with a small bald spot due my braids being way to tight in my head, the lady likes to overbook herself on purpose and tries to do too many heads at a time she'll have you in the shop waiting for 8-9 hours before she's done she also don't work well with your schedule either so yeah I'm done they won't see me anymore I don't recommend this place to anyone at all they also have a rodent problem too.
My mom hair dress is very nice and flexible can take you at a moment's notice I recommend this place
