Called the company out because of an outdoor pipe leak. I was quoted over $4000 for the job. A lot of digging was involved. After a few hours into the job, it was discovered that the leak was coming from the sprinkler system and not the main water line. The sprinkler system was turned off from the street. I was only charged $1,100 instead of $4000. That saved the day for me. Ray is an honest man. A-Total Plumbing has my complete trust and a customer for life. They could have easily screwed me, but they did the right thing.
As someone who also works in property services I can definitely recommend moncrief/Ace home services Really liked the updates on ETA and the service was very professional in general dealing with this HVAC issue was made so much easier. Communication was absolutely amazing.
