Sara ******* completely damaged my hair and then when I expressed my concerns. Instead of fixing it or being helpful she decided to slander my name all over the internet, in Facebook groups, as well as my personal phone number and images. I’ve had strangers reach out to me and tell me what she was doing. I have informed the salon and it’s been two weeks and they have done nothing. But inform me it’s no refunds.

I went to this business for the second time on 1/19 where my hair wasn't properly done so I was told to come back on 1/20 and still my hair wasn't properly done. I ended up with bleach spots at the top of my head, damage, uneven highlights and dry brittle hair. I went in with healthy hair and came out with damaged hair.
