Fantastic service with professional advice. Claire was always helpful with instructions on how to take care of the pool. John, always friendly and came to the house to install the new pump and chlorinator without any problems. Both very approachable people and great customer service. Well priced and always willing to help. We will happily continue with Viking in the future.
Great service, advice and price! Claire and John were integral in providing a very quick install for a pool pump which no longer worked. Claire sent information about our options, along with detailed technical information on the Friday. We made our choice, and the new pump was installed on the Monday by John. Nice to see 'old fashioned' service and efficiency from Viking Pool Care Sunshine Coast. Thank you.
Excellent service, they don’t try and sell you what you don’t need. Installed my K Chlor chlorinator and hasn’t missed a beat! Highly recommend!
Fast and prompt service from Claire and the team. We had Gavin come and check our pool and do a clean. He was extremely thorough and diligent. Definitely recommend.
