I would gave this place a no star my husband had some teeth pulled she hurt my husband she left one broken teeth on his tongue he almost swallowed it his appointment time was at 2:30pm they didn't call him in until 5:30pm she left his bones sticky out half way she pulled 6 teeths in 45 minutes I would not recommend this place to no one Don't go here my husband has the nurse could of broke us wrist when she slammed it down on the chair arm and she was squeezy his hand and arm
It started with only my special needs boys but after 2 years we came as a family! They are so very nice and professional and a dentist you can trust which is rare even though we have to drive a long way because we moved it's well worth it
I am very disappointed with this clinic. I am going to have to find one that cares for and understands the needs of people with disabilities. I had an appointment with the Dentist Katsuko M. in August for my son with Autism and ADHD to have a cavity treated, but since he is not going to cooperate, they have to anesthetize him. They tell me that he should not eat or drink anything 9 hours before the procedure. ** read the other 1 star reviews. They are spot on Second year of taking my severe special needs daughter here and wow. Really bad experience. Waited an hour past appointment time, they were really rough with my special needs child. After being sedated they propped her in a chair wi the her head bobbing all over the place… very dangerous. And then when i asked when can she eat, the dr said “you dont remember?(from last years appointment)”. It was a year ago. And it’s completely normal to ask.
