You have to wait 3-4 hours to actually be seen, even with an appt. It s happened twice. Most patients wait this long
The service is terrible; they schedule you for a specific time, yet make you wait two hours or more—without a care for the inconvenience this causes the patient.
This is the worst dentist I’ve ever visited. Over 4 hours, almost 5 hours in total. My client needed 2 crowns. During the 5 hours I spent in the waiting room I counted SO MANY mistakes. Extremely poor communication, trying to call patients but had the wrong phone number, gave anesthesia to a child… the child threw up and the doctor came out to tell the mom what happened and said the child’s breathing was limited and would have to go to the hospital if things got worse. satisfied with the service a this dental office. I know they are very busy, but they try their best. They have plenty of parking spaces and seating as well. Well at least at their old location. Have NOT visited their new location. I hope my experience continues to be the same.
This is by far the worst experience we have had at a dentist's office. My autistic sister was scheduled for an appointment at 1:30PM; due to her condition, she needed to be sedated with anesthesia. Some of the requirements were to have her fast for 8 hrs before her appointment, as well as any medication taken 2 hrs prior, with only a sip of water.
