This place is not to be trusted. We used them last year and I paid the fee which THEY charged. This year we noticed that they charged us double to prepare our taxes. When questioned they acknowledged it and said they didn't charge us the correct amount last year!!! After a while they said they would reimburse us the money....the check never came. I highly recommend Taxpayers Choice, Inc. in Greer, S.C. Keith helped us at the last minute to get our personal taxes completed before the deadline. Our business and personal accountant retired two years ago. Our business account was transferred to Graydon & Thompson in Greenville (which we love). H&R Block in Greer helped us file our personal taxes last year (taxes for 2016). When we tried to get help for our 2017 taxes they were closed. Loved this company for a LONG time until they did not send in my refund after I paid. I reminded them to send it in and we agreed that it would be fair to reimburse me..after calling a couple times it’s clear that they had no intentions on sending me reimbursement check. Shady business.
These guys are truly professionals and worked magic on my return this year. I got way more than I expected!
