I had zero problem with my daughter’s speech therapist she was awesome. My problem is with how unprofessional the front desk staff/admin staff are. They do not communicate with parents. We had an issue twice now when it comes to insurance changes. No only this they do not communicate within the office for necessary information (an example is they requested updated insurance info which was provided with subscriber date of birth). Dajia Fowler is the BEST THERAPIST you could get for your kid if he or she is dealing with their speech ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER 🩷 she helped my son A LOT with his speech.🥹 She’s such a sweet , amazing person too! My 2 year old loves her ! She has a lot of patience with children

I liked my first therapist but when he started having the lady come to his daycare I didn’t see much growth. Then, she made a big deal out of two missed appointments that I forgot to mention when she had other kids at the daycare and she canceled two or three times herself.
