Was told they stand behind their work but for years I have been trying to get issues like the windows not closing correctly and glazing warped.
I had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced (French and regular), plus 1 door adjusted. We were very happy with the process and the installers, but here we are 1.5 years later, and I have a broken warped window and all 3 doors need adjusting. They do not answer the phone or return calls, so we the consumer have to resort to this.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were reasonably pleased with the initial installation but when we had a minor warranty issue, they completely abandon us and ignored us. There is literally no service after the sale. Save yourself the headaches and find someone else.
Responsive, friendly, hard working, knowledgeable, honest. Truly impressed with A to Z Retrofit. Our family member used them before us. Would absolutely recommend!
