Sloppy and lazy men that don’t even care to help. I walked in and they didn’t even care to help me or ask what I needed help with. EVERYTHING smells of cigarettes and I highly recommend not going to this place. Not professional at all
My son’s wedding is this weekend and my husband went here to pick up a U-Haul trailer, that I reserved online a couple of weeks ago(which included the payment information to hold said trailer), to pick up ceremony benches. Always have what I need
Customer service was very disappointing. The two older employees were rude when we returned our rental. Their drop-off instructions were unclear, so we didn't realize where the correct return area was. Since we're not from this city, we weren't familiar with the location and honestly didn't notice the small sign. Instead of helping us, they spoke to us as if we were stupid for not seeing it.
