Lanny was very helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I have a TBI and am pretty clueless and he helped me after a very stressful day. I highly recommend them and Lanny is a great employee thank u for taking such great care of me good customer service is rare nowadays!
This place is a dump. Potholed, muddy yard that beats up your vehicle the minute you drive in. Filthy interior office that reeks of cigarettes. Equipment is in bad shape. Our trailer rental had a loose hitch connection and toxic fuel vapors inside the enclosed cargo area. Go somewhere else.
Great place easy in and out and friendly helpful staff
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been an event coordinator for over 25 years and have worked with many rental agencies and the way I was treated by Lance was the most disrespectful experience I have ever encountered.
