Customer service was very disappointing. The two older employees were rude when we returned our rental. Their drop-off instructions were unclear, so we didn't realize where the correct return area was. Since we're not from this city, we weren't familiar with the location and honestly didn't notice the small sign. Instead of helping us, they spoke to us as if we were stupid for not seeing it. Awesome experience renting a truck here! The staff was super friendly and made the process quick and easy. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our move a breeze.
Lance on the phone was extremely rude and treated me as though I was just born yesterday by asking simple questions. I would 100% avoid business here
